Koryun Tamrzyans holds the position of lawyer at Concern Dialog Law Firm since 2009. He practices in the areas of contract, labor, corporate and migration law. Mr. Tamrazyans is also specialized in the legal outsource of the client-companies. He holds Bachelor’s degree from Yerevan State University faculty of law and LLM (Masters of Law) degree from American University of Armenia Department of Law. Prior to joining Concern Dialog Law Firm in November 2009 Mr. Tamrazyans worked for Public Television Company of Armenia as a leading specialist and as a consultant for the OSCE office in Yerevan.

He holds Cambridge International Legal English Certificate with C1 grade.

Lusine Asatryan practices in the areas of civil law, labour law and administrative offenses. She joined Concern-Dialog Law Firm in July 1999. She graduated from "Galiq" University, faculty of Law in 1998. Mrs. Asatryan regularly takes part in local and international conferences. She participated in trainings by competitions, including the training on writing complaints to the European Court. She participated in Law competitions as a member of jury. She also participated in monitoring programs which concerned to the RA courts, penitentiaries of the Ministry of Justice of RA. She simultaneously is a member of several non-governmental organizations which are actively involved in the Armenian society.

Suren Gomtsyan practices in the areas of corporate, M&A and tax law. He joined Concern-Dialog in January 2011. Mr. Gomtsyan graduated from Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics’ Institute of Law and Humanities in 2006 and continued post-graduate studies at University – Higher School of Economics’ School of Law (Moscow). He received his degree of Candidate of Science from the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation in 2009. Currently he is also an assistant professor of Corporate and Entrepreneurial Law at the Armenian State University of Economics and the Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University. Mr. Gomtsyan regularly participates in various conferences and publishes articles in leading domestic and foreign scientific journals. He is an author of more than 20 articles and chapters in books, and also published a book titled Takeover Law: Comparative and Legal Analysis (Wolters Kluwer, Moscow).

Mr. Gomtsyan focuses his practice on general corporate law matters, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, entrepreneurial law, tax law and securities regulation.

Arthur Babayan joined Concern-Dialog CJSC from November 2010. At present he practices in the area of money seizure and debt collection. Mr. Babayan graduated from the Moscow Modern Humanitarian University in 2010 and received Bachelor’s degree in Law. He has passed work practice in the Prosecutor’s office in RA. Suzanna Shamakhyan practices in the areas of Corporate and Competition Law, as well as Due Diligence and Compliance. Furthermore, she prepares application to European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).

She joined Concern-Dialog in July 2010. Ms. Shamakhyan holds Bachelor's degree from and is currently obtaining her Master's degree at Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University, Department of Law. Ms. Shamakhyan regularly participates in various locan and international conferences, tranings and law competitions. Before joining Concern-Dialog team, Suzanna has taken a 6 month internship at Bestaco-Nairi Law Firm.

Suzanna is a member of FLEX Alumni Association and European Student's Forum (AEGEE-Yerevan).

Gevorg Hakobyan practices in the areas of Human Rights, state and constitutional law and administrative law. He joined Concern-Dialog in October 2011. Mr. Hakobyan graduated from ISEC NAS RA in 2011 and currently is writing his aspirantura dissertation about the interrelation of the norms of the law at IPSOL NAS RA. Gevorg defended his Master's Thesis on the Protection of Cultural Heritage in the context of jus standi before the ICJ. Gevorg is also the founder of Armenian Open Legal Tumblog and an active blogger. Mr. Hakobyan has numerously participated in the JESSUP international moot court competition and was nominated as the Best oralist of the national round.

Mr. Hakobyan focuses his practice on general legal research and consultation on cases, foreign contracts, applications to the European Court of Human Rights, as well as constitutional and administrative laws.
