Mushegh Manukyan practices in the areas of private international law, arbitration law and corporate law (M&A). He joined Concern-Dialog in February 2011. Mr. Manukyan graduated from Yerevan State University in 2005 with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees and continued post-graduate studies at the Russian State Social University (Moscow), where in 2009 he defended his PhD dissertation on the topic “Legal status of transnational corporations in private international law doctrine”. He has taught private international law at the Russian State Social University more than 2 years. Before that from 2002–2005 Mr. Manukyan was programs director/lawyer at Media Law Institute, in 2007 pursued a legal traineeship at the Moscow office of Pavia e Ansaldo law firm. In 2008 Mr. Manukyan was a UNIDROIT research scholar at the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT, Rome). He was a fellow of the Hague Academy of International law, Dallas Bar Association, International Bar Association, International Labor Organization etc. Mr. Manukyan has participated in more than 10 international courses in various states, delivered speeches at conferences and various legal forums.

Currently he teaches private international law and alternative dispute resolution at the Armenian-Russian (Slavonic) University. Mr. Manukyan has an extensive legal experience in international matters. In 2010 he has received an attorney license. He is an author of more than 20 articles published in Armenia, Russia and Italy. He has also published a book entitled Private international law and Transnational corporations: legal liability issues.

Yeghishe Kirakosyan joined Concern-Dialog in February 2011 as a Senior Lawyer - Researcher. In 2006 Yeghishe defended successfully Ph.D. dissertation obtaining Doctorate degree in International Law (topic: Custom in Contemporary International law).
Mr. Kirakosyan teaches at the Department of European and International Law at the Yerevan State University since 2006. He has initiated and developed a special course for Master student - nternational Courts /Tribunals and Precedent.
Yeghishe has published 20 articles both in national and in international periodical publications. In 2009 he published his first monograph: Custom in Contemporary International Law (in Russian, Yerevan University Press). Yeghishe is a member of Armenian Association of International Law, American Association of International Law, Russian Association of International Law and American Association of International Law.
