"Concern-Dialog" law firm was founded in 1998 with the goal of provision of legal services.

At the beginning the activity of the company was mainly aimed at the protection of legal entities' and citizens' rights and legal interests in the courts but at present its main activity is the provision of legal consultation to legal entities and entrepreneurs, including foreign investors and companies with foreign investment. The legal consultations particularly include the following fields:

• civil, tax, labor, corporate law,
• registration and legal protection of trade mark, economic concurrence,
• licensing,
• real estate.
