ANNOUNCEMENT
CONCERN-DIALOG CJSC LAW FIRM ORGANIZES INDIVIDUAL COURSES IN THE FIELD OF LABOR LAW

Individual seminars in the field of labor law are held based on the principles of individual consultation and trainings. The course is composed of 3 below-mentioned individual lectures/seminars.

1. Lecture / seminar 1

• employment / labor contract registration (conducting of registration book)
• drafting of the employment contracts
• writing of the internal disciplinary rules
• position descriptions writing

2. Lecture / seminar 2

• conducting of the employment books and preparation of the working hours calculation reports
• hiring procedure and employee's personal data protection
• employer's internal and personal legal acts adoption procedure, their form and content (according to RA law on legal acts)
• employer's internal and personal legal acts registering procedure (acts’ Register)
• law provisions on preparation and presentation of reports to the relevant state bodies (opening of individual account, presentation of forms concerning work experience of employee before being recruited

3. Lecture / seminar 3

• employees shift schedule preparation
• writing of necessary documents concerning vacation, calculation and payment on overtime work, shifts, part-time employment and other issues envisaged in labor legislation
• Conclusion of all 3 lectures / Questions and Answers
