Concern Dialogue lawyers trained in Strasbourg within the Framework of Help Program

On February 13-15, the first training course on Human Rights and Family Law was held in Strasbourg within the framework of the Council of Europe HELP program with participation of experienced specialists from the Armenian and Russian Chambers of Advocates. Armenia was represented by five lawyers, including Narine Beglaryan and Zhanna Simonyan, advocates of Concern Dialogue.

Within the framework of the training, lawyers were given an opportunity to have a meeting with lawyers from the European Court as well as to attend some court hearings at the Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights.

The training was effective not only related to the issues of human rights and family law, but in deepening cooperation between the Armenian and Russian Federation advocates as well.
