Partner of Concern Dialog Narine Beglaryan talked to AmCham magazine about the profession of an attorney and the reasons for choosing it, the impediments and challenges she has faced as a woman in the industry, balancing job and everyday obligations and many other interesting topics, stating: “My primary motivation was to choose a career that would allow me to practice what I love to, i.e. enjoy the process of working. I still believe that the work should be a source of joy. I guess I made the right choice because by being in the profession for over 15 years, the feeling is that my occupation suits me more than any other career choice might.”.
During the interview a reference was made also to Concern Dialog’s activity and the firm’s strategy for overcoming Covid-19 challenges.
