Re-organization of technology companies in Armenia

Chambers & Partners-ի Global Practice Guides: Technology M&A 2022was published providing comprehensive information on the legislative regulations regarding re-organisations of technology companies operating in different countries of the world and acquisition of participation therein.
The section on Armenia authored by Concern Dialog’s partner, attorney Narine Beglaryan and associate, attorney Harutyun Hovhannisyan is also included in the guide.
The section presented the Armenian market and the current main tendencies of reorganizations of technology companies and acquisition of participation therein, detailed reference was made to the establishment of a new IT company, financing of start-up companies, venture capital, liquidity and many other issues related to the sphere.
