On 19-21 October, Concern Dialog Law Firm partner, attorney Narine Beglaryan, participated in the international conference organized by the TAG Alliances in Dublin.

The speakers at the conference spoke about the challenges and developments faced by law firms, and provided an opportunity to participate in group discussions.

Narine Beglaryan participated in specialty group sessions on corporate and M&A, as well as firm management and best practices.

During the discussions on corporate and M&A experts spoke about sanctions, in particular, they discussed about the impact of EU, UK and US sanctions against Russia on M&A transactions and market, the activity of financial and legal advisors in in that context. The experts conducting the session discussed the importance of providing accurate professional guidance to clients under sanctions, using the example of a real- life case.

Duane Cornell, the Managing Director of Realm Recruit, who separately conducted the session dedicated to firm management and best practices, spoke about employee selection in law firms, identifying people’s potential and work-life balance.

A number of other topics were also discussed at the conference, the matters ranging from solutions to environmental problems as a result of the correct organization of business activities, from following environmental, social and governance (ESG) standards for clients and advisors to the issues of customer service and guidance in complex geopolitical situations for the business purposes of companies.
