Banking Regulation in Armenia: in the Chambers Banking Regulation 2023 Global Practice Guide the Concern Dialog team presented information about the legislation and the practice

The world renown Chambers & Partners organization published the Banking Regulation 2023 Global Practice Guide, where Concern Dialog Law Firm partner, attorney Narine Beglaryan and associate, attorney Lianna Sahakyan authored the chapter about the norms and rules regulating banking activities in Armenia.

The guideline includes the regulations about banks and banking activity, including the creation and licensing of banks, specificities for participation in a bank, norms for banking activity, risk management requirements, corporate management of banks, as well as it includes general references to consumer protection and banking secrecy.

The 2023 Banking Regulation guide features 26 jurisdictions.
