The new issue of Lexology Getting the Deal Through presents details of bankruptcy proceedings in Armenia

Lexology Getting the Deal Through has released a new comparative guide on Insolvency Litigation in different jurisdictions.
The guide describes the overall judicial policy and principal approaches to insolvency proceedings, the applicable insolvency legislation and practice, provides information on the competence of different courts to deal with specific issues within insolvency proceedings, bases of insolvency claims, as well as the procedure for appealing the decisions within the insolvency proceedings in Armenia. The issues of parallel proceedings, recognition of international judgements, judicial cooperation were discussed. A reference was made to the latest developments in bankruptcy proceedings.
