Workshop: Egishe Dzhazoyan and Aram Orbelyan presented force majeure, frustration and sanctions: a comparative analysis of English, Russian and Armenian laws

On September 6, took place workshop on the subject “Force majeure, frustration and sanctions: a comparative analysis of English, Russian and Armenian laws” organized by Concern Dialog law firm.
The key speakers were partner in King & Spalding London, Attorney Egishe Dzhazoyan and Concern Dialog Law Firm's Managing Partner, Attorney Aram Orbelyan.
The selected topic is one of the matters of disputes and concerns in contract relations of the preceding several years, started due to the COVID-19 pandemic, then international sanctions between main partner countries of the Republic of Armenia.
