Tax Controversy in Armenia: the new publication of Concern Dialog team in the Chambers Global Practice Guide

The publication of Concern Dialog partner, attorney Artur Hovhannisyan and senior lawyer, attorney Tirayr Karapetyan about the legal regulations and practice in Armenia was included in the new comparative guide about tax systems of the internationally known Chambers and Partners company.

The new comparative guide on tax systems allows specialists to study legal regulations of this sphere in more than 29 jurisdictions.

Members of Concern Dialog team presented in the guide about the regulations in the tax sphere of Armenia when it comes to payments and tax audits, appeal mechanisms, as well as they touched upon administrative proceedings, mechanisms for alternative dispute settlement, differences in international tax arbitration.

The consequences for administrative and criminal tax violations were also presented.
